To make things easy for myself (and anyone who’s inspired by my mash-up meal prep plan), I thought a meal prep grocery shopping list would be helpful.
My healthy intermittent meal plan, as well as meal prep grocery shopping list, is meant to incorporate as much as possible meatless recipes. Additionally, although I do not adhere to his recommendations 100%, I’m super inspired by world-renowned natural healer Dr. Sebi’s superfoods / alkaline foods list recommendations.
